Portfolio

Portfolio (Module 06) is a Studio-only capability that publishes a firm-branded website gallery from completed projects. When a project is closed, a portfolio-project draft is created automatically. The firm curates the assets and then publishes — or discards — the draft. The live gallery is accessible at a public /folio URL with the firm’s branding.

Completion-triggered draft

Closing a project in the dashboard automatically creates a portfolio-project draft. The draft inherits the project name, the client’s name (with permission), and any description set on the project. No manual entry is required to begin the portfolio record.

Asset upload and curation

The firm uploads original images to the draft — professional photography, process shots, or mood boards. There is no thumbnail generation or EXIF processing; images are served as uploaded. The firm selects a cover image, sets a display title and description, and arranges the order of images for the published gallery.

Destination settings

The firm configures one destination for their portfolio — a public /folio sub-page on the IDOS-hosted website. The destination determines the URL and the gallery layout. All published portfolio projects appear on this single gallery page.

Publication

Publishing the draft makes it live on the firm’s branded public gallery. The published page carries the firm’s branding and no IDOS logo. Published projects can be unpublished or removed. The gallery is a public web page — no login or authentication is required to view it.
