Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern access to IDOS. By creating an account or using IDOS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use IDOS for a studio or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
The service
IDOS provides software for interior design studios to manage business workflows. Features may include client and project records, proposals, sourcing boards, purchasing, documents, communications, time records, invoices, reports, and integrations.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that team members use IDOS lawfully.
Studio responsibilities
You remain responsible for your studio’s services, contracts, client relationships, prices, taxes, purchasing decisions, invoices, and professional obligations. IDOS is a workflow tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, architectural, engineering, or interior-design advice.
Client and project information
You own the information and files you add to IDOS. You give IDOS permission to store, display, calculate, copy, and transmit that information only when needed to provide features you choose to use, protect your account, maintain the service, and follow the law. IDOS does not sell your information or use private studio or client information for advertising. You must have the rights and permissions needed to add the information.
IDOS subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and billing interval shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be added where required. You may cancel through the available account controls; cancellation affects future access according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Refunds
IDOS currently offers the money-back period shown on its pricing and subscription pages. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Studio-client payments
IDOS may help studios prepare, send, and track invoices or payment steps. Unless IDOS expressly says otherwise, studios collect project deposits and invoice payments outside IDOS using their own chosen payment method. IDOS is not a party to the agreement between a studio and its client and is not responsible for collecting or remitting those project funds.
Acceptable use
You may not use IDOS to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, send unlawful or deceptive messages, or process information you have no right to use.
Third-party services
IDOS may connect to services such as Stripe, email providers, file storage, accounting tools, calendars, or social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service’s availability, decisions, or independent handling of information.
Availability and changes
We work to keep IDOS reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, change, add, or remove features. We will avoid materially reducing a paid service without reasonable notice where practical.
Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
We may suspend access when necessary to protect IDOS or its users, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or stop a serious breach of these Terms. Users can permanently delete their account from Account and data settings without IDOS approval. A studio owner can transfer ownership and delete only their account, or immediately delete the entire studio. Full studio deletion cancels the subscription and permanently removes active studio data. Deletion inside the 30-day refund period refunds the latest IDOS subscription payment; deletion afterward cancels immediately without a refund. Protected backups expire within four weeks.
Disclaimers and liability
IDOS is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing important business records and decisions before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, IDOS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by third-party services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as IDOS changes. We will publish the updated version here and change the effective date. We will provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
