Commercial and trust
- Client experience and white-labelEvery plan carries the firm's branding with no IDOS logo on client surfaces, token-based no-login access, and exact information hidden from clients. No custom domain yet.
- Accounting, payments, and exportsIDOS subscription Stripe checkout is separate from environment-gated studio-client Stripe links. Accounting is a manual Xero, QuickBooks Online, or generic CSV download — there is no live sync.
- Security, privacy, and dataApplication-layer firm isolation, role boundaries, HMAC-backed abuse limits, bcrypt passwords, Cloudflare and Railway hosting, private firm-prefixed object storage, subprocessors, and explicit limits.
- Subscription, refunds, and cancellationNo trial; free setup is not product usage; a 30-day window from Stripe subscription start; self-serve refund and immediate cancel inside the window; period-end cancellation afterward; monthly and annual renewal; export and deletion paths.
- Current limitsOne dated, direct list of what IDOS does not do today: native mobile app, design and rendering tools, live accounting sync, customer API and webhooks, custom domains, AI, advanced accounting and payroll, certifications, and unpublished independent results.
