IDOS

Client experience and white-label

Every plan includes full white-labeling on client-facing surfaces. There is no IDOS logo, branding, or mention anywhere a client sees — the firm’s own name, logo, and colors are shown instead. Clients never sign up for an IDOS account; they access their projects through token-based, no-login links.

Token-based client access

Each shareable surface (specification board, procurement portal) is protected by a signed token embedded in the URL the firm sends. The client does not create a user account, set a password, or see a login screen. Opening the link shows the firm-branded view of that surface and nothing else.

  • Board tokens give access to a single specification board for review and approval.
  • Portal tokens give access to the project procurement portal (orders, invoices, communication).
  • Tokens can be re-sent from the dashboard if the client loses the link.
  • Revoking a token invalidates all existing links for that surface.

What clients see

The client portal is read-only: clients can view their orders, invoices, communications, and project timeline, but they cannot edit or create records inside IDOS. Specification boards are interactive — clients approve or reject items and add notes — but they never see backend fields.

Information hidden from clients

  • Product cost and markup — only the client-facing price is shown.
  • Vendor identity — vendors are internal; clients see only the product and price.
  • Purchase order numbers — POs are an internal document; clients see order references if the firm chooses to share them.
  • Internal notes, scorecards, and status flags.

White-label scope

The firm’s logo, name, and color palette are applied across the client portal, specification boards, invoice PDFs, proposal documents, and email notifications sent to clients. This applies to every plan — Foundation, Professional, and Studio alike. There is no tier gate on white labeling.
