Inquiry pipeline
IDOS hosts a customizable inquiry intake form that can be embedded on the firm’s website or shared by link. Incoming leads flow through a qualification and scoring engine into a kanban board, where the firm can send a branded proposal the client can view, accept, or decline. An accepted proposal atomically converts into a project and starts onboarding — no second step.
Intake and qualification
The intake form collects the fields the firm configures — project scope, budget range, timeline, contact details. Each submission creates a lead record. The firm can define scoring rules (for example, minimum budget or project type) that auto-qualify, flag for review, or reject incoming leads. Qualified leads appear on the kanban board alongside unqualified entries so nothing is lost.
Branded reply and outbox
When the firm replies to a lead — a questionnaire, a proposal, or a message — the communication is sent transactionally in the firm’s name. The outbox shows the real delivery state of every outbound email: sent, failed, or retrying. Failed deliveries remain visible; the firm is not left assuming a message arrived.
Proposals
The firm can build a versioned proposal directly in IDOS. The client receives a branded token link to review the proposal online — no account, no login. The client can view the full proposal, accept it, or decline it. Each acceptance or decline is timestamped and recorded. The proposal history preserves every version so both sides can reference what was agreed.
Atomic conversion
Acceptance of a proposal is not a separate action. In one database transaction the lead advances, a project record is created with the agreed scope, and the client onboarding sequence begins. There is no manual handoff between sales and production.
