Studio · $497 a month
All six modules. Flat, on purpose.
Studio adds the two disciplines that compound with headcount, time capture and the portfolio pipeline, and holds the price flat to ten seats while the per-seat incumbents climb with every hire. Here is the reasoning.
Why this tier exists
The last two modules are about what multiplies when a team grows. Untracked time is work completed but never invoiced. Finished work that never reaches the portfolio is marketing the studio already paid for and never used.
So both modules are designed around the same constraint: they must cost no extra effort, or a busy team will abandon them. Time capture is a one-click byproduct of working that turns into invoices without a second system. Publishing is a byproduct of closing a project. Nobody fills in a timesheet; nobody remembers to update the website.
The flat price is the other design decision. The most-cited incumbent charges $69 to $109 per user per month, which makes its price a tax on hiring: every seat added, it takes a larger cut. Studio is $497 for up to ten seats because the tool should get cheaper per person as the studio grows, not more expensive.
Why these modules
01 Inquiry Pipeline
Lead capture forms, automatic scoring and qualification, automated response sequences, a proposal builder with tracking.
Carried from Foundation: the front door, at any size.
02 Client Onboarding
Standardized intake, e-signature contracts, deposit tracking, welcome sequences, project kickoff automation.
Carried from Professional. With a team it is also the standard that keeps every hire onboarding clients the same way.
03 Project Communication
Milestone-triggered client emails, pre-written templates per design phase, a read-only client portal.
Carried from Foundation. At team scale it is also how the studio speaks with one voice instead of five.
04 Procurement
Centralized purchase-order tracking, a vendor database, delivery coordination, a status dashboard per project.
Carried from Professional. The margin rail runs the same at any headcount; there is simply more moving across it.
05 Time & Billing
One-click timers per project and phase, draft invoice generation from approved time records, payment reconciliation, a financial dashboard, accounting CSV export.
Hours nobody logged are the quietest leak a team has, and they scale with headcount. The design constraint is that capture must cost one click, because a timesheet that requires discipline loses to the work it is supposed to measure.
06 Portfolio Pipeline
A portfolio-project draft created when a project completes; original-image upload and curation for the firm-branded web gallery.
Finished projects are the studio’s strongest marketing and its most neglected: publishing always loses to billable work. The pipeline makes it part of closing a project, so the portfolio grows at the speed the studio ships.
Why it stops here
There is no seventh module waiting behind a higher price. Studio is the entire platform; the tiers below it are subsets, not previews.

The math
$69–$109
per user per month at the most-cited per-seat incumbent
$497
flat for up to ten seats on Studio
At five seats the displayed per-seat range runs $345 to $545 a month and climbs with every hire; by eight seats it is past Studio’s price at any rate on the band, and at ten it is $690 to $1,090. That is price arithmetic, not a promised result.
The flat line crosses the per-seat band between five and eight seats, and sits below all of it from eight seats on.
The whole studio, on one system.
